Mini-Retire

The term “mini-retire” refers to the practice of an intentional, non-permanent, career break. Similar to a sabbatical, you can mini-retire for one month to one year or longer. When you mini-retire, it provides an opportunity to recharge for a specific time period to pursue dreams, travel, hobbies and aspirations before re-entering the work environment.
